2. Fees and Shipping

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items that are not damaged or defective. This fee is waived if the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is defective.

3. Return Process

  1. Request an RMA: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items. Returns without an RMA will be refused. Submit your request via "Your Orders" in your account or our online RMA form.
  2. Package Securely: Once approved, package the item in its original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
  3. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Warranty Claims

After the initial return period, all defective products are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly. We can provide the necessary contact information upon request.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, you must report the issue within 3 business days of delivery. We will provide instructions for a return at our expense and ship a replacement immediately.
