Warranty and Return Policy

At Plugs & Connectors, we are committed to providing high-quality electrical products. We stand by our items and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Returns and Exchanges
Return Window
- New/Unopened Items: You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Defective/Damaged Items: Claims for products that arrive defective or damaged must be submitted within 21 days of delivery.
Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, resalable condition.
- Accompanied by the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.
- Inclusive of all accessories, instruction manuals, and blank warranty cards.
Note: Returns will be refused if products show signs of wear, installation, or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used, installed, or modified products.
- Cut wire or cable.
- Light bulbs (unless defective or damaged in transit).
- Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
- Special or custom orders.
2. Fees and Shipping
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items that are not damaged or defective. This fee is waived if the return is due to an error on our part or if the product is defective.
Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return results from our error.
- Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Original Shipping: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Return Process
- Request an RMA: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items. Returns without an RMA will be refused. Submit your request via "Your Orders" in your account or our online RMA form.
- Package Securely: Once approved, package the item in its original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
- Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item. Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
4. Warranty Claims
After the initial return period, all defective products are covered solely by the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly. We can provide the necessary contact information upon request.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, you must report the issue within 3 business days of delivery. We will provide instructions for a return at our expense and ship a replacement immediately.
